Once a year, during the rapeseed planting season, the 1-DAY Farmer's Farmer's Workshop involves sowing rapeseed and making mayonnaise using rapeseed oil.
It was the time of the corona misfortune, but we had 3 families participate.
As the weather was expected to deteriorate on the day of the event, we changed our plans and sowed rapeseed first thing in the morning in a 0.5 hectare field on the premises.
We had you experience traditional rolling by hand.

After that, we will collect eggs at the egg picking farm and move to the experience studio.
Then, after experiencing rapeseed oil extraction, we will start making mayonnaise.

Everyone is exhausted from this very persevering job. (smile)
