Mainly Tategamori Plateau pigs, additive-free hams and sausages, and farm products grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
We use vegetables and free-range fertilized old eggs.
The salt is German rock salt (Alpensalz), Yagisawa Shoten's special soy sauce and miso, and the sugar is from Hokkaido.
Based on the philosophy that "food is life," we carefully examine not only raw materials but also seasonings, such as beet granulated sugar.
