It's bitterly cold these days
This is the state of the ranch at 7 o'clock this morning.
Today, I would like to once again introduce ``okara sausage'' from a slightly different perspective.
Okara is also called ``Kirazu'' because it can be eaten without cutting it with a knife.
In the dialects of southern Iwate Prefecture and northern Miyagi Prefecture, it is called ``Kishazu.''
Dialects...They are not used much these days, so there are many words that are difficult to understand.
Older people may know many other dialects.
How about enjoying different dialects while eating okara sausage?
I have no doubt that it will be a fun dining table.
