As I talked about last week, from February 11th to 3 days, the farm market and restaurant "Tills"
held a "Tonkatsu & Curry" fair.

At the farm market, Tategamori Kogen pork loin and rump meat (thigh meat) are sold in bulk and free of charge.
We provided a dressing service.
For the dressing service, the farm market staff will cut the meat sinews, beat the eggs, and coat them with bread crumbs.
It will be a service that can be used.
When you actually see it, you will be impressed by the careful work, and in my personal opinion, it can be done in a large work space.
It will give you a nice finish. At home, it's not easy to do this efficiently.

In addition, at the restaurant "Tills", freshly fried tonkatsu by top chefs is on the menu for a limited time.
