On a personal note, this spring will be my third year with the company.
Therefore, I would like to briefly tell you about the story from when I joined the company until now.

When I was an elementary school student, I went to Tategamori Ark Farm to take a pork bun making class.
It's vague, but I remember it.
Time passed, and when I went on a company tour as a high school student, I felt nostalgic.
I once again felt that it was a very comfortable place surrounded by various plants and animals in the great outdoors.

Even after joining the company, when cleaning around the farm market first thing in the morning,
The scenery you see is very pleasant.

During the first three months after joining the company, I received pig farming training.
Although I have a dog at home, I have never raised an animal myself.
At first, there were many things I wasn't used to and it was difficult.
However, I was able to train while being surrounded by kind people at the farm,
I was reminded once again of the importance of life and the difficulty of raising a single life.
I was able to feel gratitude for many things.

After completing pig farming training, I became a member of the production and sales department and was able to raise pigs with care in a safe and secure environment.
Now I'm in a position to sell to customers.

I work in a job that involves me directly with customers, and I strive every day to deliver hospitality and smiles.
While serving customers, I often hear things like, ``Ark Farm's meat is really delicious,'' and ``I'll come again!''
We will receive many kind words from you.
Each time, I am in a position to convey the thoughts of the people involved in the process of selling a single product.
As a customer service employee, I am in a position where I can hear directly from customers.
I feel a sense of satisfaction in my work and a sense of pride as an ARK employee.

My daily work involves working around the cash register at a farm market.
We serve customers at BBQ and Welcome House Kinomi.
Starting this year, I have been seriously involved in making pork buns.
The pork bun wrappers are made from organic, pesticide-free wheat grown on farms, and have a fluffy, chewy texture and a slightly sweet taste.
