The current situation is that less than 1% of the total production is dependent on imports from overseas.
At Ark Tategamori, we are committed to cultivating safe wheat, starting from soil preparation, based on the philosophy that "food is life."
We are currently using it in a variety of products such as bread, sweets, and pork buns, but this time we are also using it as an ingredient in beer.
