How to make "Old-fashioned Egg Salad"
Crack the eggs onto an egg frying plate and bake in an oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
When done, remove from the oven, flip the eggs over and cook the other side using the residual heat.
Season with salt, pepper, and old egg mayonnaise.
Old-fashioned egg mayonnaise is made using fertilized eggs, called "old-fashioned eggs," laid daily by free-range chickens in the pasture at Ark Tategamori.
The key is to make it like a fried egg before cooking.
The seasoning is simple and gentle, allowing you to fully enjoy the taste of the eggs.
