I ate venison stew the other day. It's game meat. It's not ARK's gibier cuisine.
The demi-glace sauce has a deep flavor, and the chef described it as ``young in stew'', but it's hard to believe that it's a freshly made stew.
It was deep, and the deer meat was also stewed to make it easy to eat.
The maples were turning red nearby, and it was a bit of a Hanafuda situation.
Gibier has an image of a high-class ingredient, but in fact, considering the time and effort involved, the price is reasonable.
I think, and it's a food that I want you to have more opportunities to eat more.
Instead of taking the life of living things, I have the feeling that I will cook all the parts without leaving them and offer the appreciation of life.
Meat that ran around the mountains and fields has less fat and is firmer, and it seems to have a high nutritional value.
In Japan, the number of wild birds and beasts is increasing, possibly due to the effects of climate change and gluttony, and this has had a major impact on agriculture and the natural environment.
