Tategamori Plateau Sheep are an original brand of sheep that are the Suffolk breed, highly regarded as a source of sheep for food, raised stress-free on the vast pastures of Iwate, and fed a homemade feed mixture made from grains and herbs grown in-house and locally during the finishing period.

It is said that only 0.6% of the lamb distributed in Japan is domestically produced. Please enjoy this rare lamb that is not only of high quality, but also fresh because it is farm-produced!
