The company itself is also undergoing a large-scale renewal, and I think it will be a leap year.
I myself will be the team leader of the Fujisawa farm fattening this year, and I think that I have to improve my own skills.
Even in my own area of responsibility, there are aspects where I do not fully understand the work, so I will make further efforts as a leader to be able to control the work.
