Hello everyone! I'm Musashi Onodera from the Bakery in the Manufacturing and Sales Department. Today I'd like to introduce you to our new product, "Bacon Epi," which went on sale yesterday.
Bacon epi is usually made with soft French dough, but this time we made it with baguette dough so that you can taste the wheat we produce in-house. We also used plenty of our own bacon, so it's very satisfying! We finished it off with a special sauce, which we think makes it a new genre that is different from our previous products.
This is my second year with the company, but it was the first time I was able to come from proposing a new product to its release. I learned a lot while creating a new product, and it was a valuable experience. I would like to continue to use this experience to work hard every day so that I can continue to deliver new products to our customers.
This time, the bacon epi will be on sale only on Saturdays and Sundays, so please come and try it. We look forward to seeing you.
