Ark Tategamori is currently holding the "Ark Tategamori Customer Appreciation Festival: Meat Festa."

One of the events will be held at the Farm Market on September 1st (Sun) and 15th (Sun).

"Tategamori Highland Pig Slaughter Show & Sale"

was held.

This event involves splitting half of the Tategamori Highland Pig, a huge "carcass" weighing approximately 40 kg and measuring 150 cm in length, deboning it, and cutting it into individual pieces for use as yakiniku or steaks, and even selling the bones.

You often see "tuna cutting shows" at local supermarkets.
It's like a pork version of that.

In fact, this event was the first of its kind at Ark Tategamori.
It was a challenge that required the staff to brainstorm in various ways.

As the date approached, I got more and more excited...
