It's been five months since I joined the company, and I've recently finished my in-house training and started cutting meat in earnest. This is the last job before the pigs we raised are turned into meat and delivered to our customers. I want to cut the meat neatly so that our customers are satisfied and that the efforts of the people who raised the pigs are not wasted.
