Hello everyone, this is Iori Ishikawa from the Manufacturing and Sales Department.

On a personal note, I would like to announce that I have been promoted to Deputy Chief of Meat in the Manufacturing and Sales Department.

I am still not very good at desk work, but now that I have been given this position, I will overcome my weaknesses, hone my knowledge and skills in butchering more than ever before, and work hard at my job.

Two new employees have joined us as butcher staff this month, so we will focus on educating and training them so that we can deliver better products to everyone.
