June is usually the rainy season, but the Tohoku region has been experiencing fine weather with some summer-like days.

In this context, Ark Tategamori is holding the "Tategamori Herb Festa Weeks" from Saturday, June 15th to Sunday, July 7th, and the farm market will be stocking a wide range of proud local products, including the branded Tategamori Highland Pork, additive-free ham and sausages, organic vegetables, old-fashioned eggs, bread and sweets, and lavender soft serve ice cream.

By the way, my personal favorite is to put "Heidi's white bread" on top of "Parisi Hambon" and enjoy it with red wine as an evening drink.

The combination of pure white bread made from their own rare organic JAS wheat and old eggs, and the traditional French ham made from the thigh meat of Tategamori Plateau pork that has been around since the 18th century, is truly wonderful, allowing you to savor the concentrated flavor of the meat while enjoying the slight sweetness and aroma of the wheat.
