This cutlet sandwich is made by sandwiching Tategamori Kogen pork cutlet between bread made from wheat grown in-house.

Sweet mustard butter made with honey from the farm and mayonnaise made with old eggs from the farm

This is a filling sandwich that enhances the flavor.

These will only be on sale at the farm market on weekends, so we hope you'll come and visit.
