It's a chilly rainy season, how are you all doing?

Well, today I would like to introduce you to some easy dishes that you can make at home!
The dish I recommend using steak meat (shoulder loin) is Chaliapin steak.
"Chaliapin steak"!

Here are the ingredients!
・Shoulder loin (for steak)
·Rosemary
·salt
·pepper
·oil

Chaliapin sauce
·onion
・Balsamic vinegar
・Light soy sauce
·butter
·sugar

How to make it!
・ Pierce the meat evenly with a fork and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides!

- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add oil and rosemary, and start frying the meat!

The same method can be used when grilling fish. There are three benefits to "aloze".


1. Prevents one side of the food from drying out. It also helps keep the skin of grilled fish or chicken crispy.
② You can enjoy every last bit of the flavor that comes from the ingredients. The ingredients that leak out of the ingredients while cooking can be poured back onto the food.
3. The fish is cooked slowly, resulting in a tender finish. Rather than being cooked on one side only, the fish is cooked slowly from both sides, resulting in plump, plump meat that is soft and juicy.


After that, turn off the heat and let the meat rest for 10 to 15 minutes, covered with aluminum foil, so that it can continue to cook with the preheated heat.

Meanwhile, make the sauce.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in butter with salt to prevent it from browning. When the onion has softened, add balsamic vinegar and soy sauce and simmer for a little while, then add sugar and adjust the flavor!
