The Tategamori Herb Festival is held for just two days each year during the lavender flowering season.
This year, the event will be held over four weeks from Saturday, June 15th to Sunday, July 7th, and will be called "Tategamori Herb Festa Weeks" with a packed program planned.
We are currently preparing lectures, experience programs, and various workshops, but one of the most notable events this year is the lecture "Olive Oil and Herbs - Easy and Delicious Dishes" by Mitsuyo Kitamura, a food culture researcher and herb and olive oil expert. This is a very valuable opportunity to learn how to use herbs and olive oil, improve your daily meals, and cook the real thing while tasting the dishes.
In addition, we have many other programs available that can only be experienced at the Tategamori Herb Festival.
