The Tategamori Herb Festival is held every year during the lavender flowering season, and attracts many people from all over the country.
This year, the "Tategamori Herb Festival Weeks" will be held over four weeks from June 15th (Saturday) to July 7th (Sunday), with a packed program. Ark Tategamori will be enveloped in the aroma of herbs for four weeks.
We are currently preparing lectures, experience programs, and various workshops, but one of the most notable events this year is the lecture "Olive Oil and Herbs - Easy and Delicious Dishes" by Mitsuyo Kitamura, a food culture researcher and herb and olive oil expert. This is a very valuable opportunity to learn how to use herbs and olive oil, improve your daily meals, and cook the real thing while tasting the dishes.
In addition, we have many other programs available that can only be experienced at the Tategamori Herb Festival.
