I'm Miura, a healthy old man from the natural food restaurant "Til's".

Till's offers many menu items that use eggs.

I made it with the image of early blooming cherry blossoms and rapeseed flowers changing color below.

If rape blossoms are not available, the yolk of a boiled egg is strained and served with the greens to resemble a flower.

In this way, Till's aims to express the theme or image of the restaurant through its cuisine.
