As a butcher, I usually cut meat for shipping, but starting this month I'll be producing meat for sale at the farm market!
It is very difficult and difficult to decide the gram of meat by yourself rather than cutting the gram of meat that has been determined for shipping so that it can be sold. We also struggle with farm markets, original cuts, and presentation.
