Although it is said to be a mild winter, there are still cold days. How is everyone doing? My mind and body are full of energy despite the cold!

Well, the title started out like a novel, but it's been a year since I started working at the bakery, and I'm about to enter my second year. Another year has passed by in the blink of an eye.

This past year, I entered the workforce and started working at a bakery and experienced many things. The difficulty of making bread using domestic organic wheat grown in-house. Technology to make bread of quality that satisfies customers. I learned many other things as well.

I also experienced a lot of work other than bakery work. I was able to experience things that my colleagues in the same industry probably wouldn't have. I am truly glad that I joined ARK Tategamori.

The baker I aim to be, as mentioned in the title, is Uncle Jam, who appears in the popular anime Anpanman.

I want to deliver heartwarming bread like Uncle Jam to everyone in town! I want to make bread that makes everyone who eats it happy! And we will create a world where no child is hungry because there is nothing to eat! I want to be that kind of baker or baker.
