As I got older, the year seemed to go by faster, but this past year...
It was a particularly fast year. (With the reopening, my days were busy and fulfilling.)
Now, for today's topic, [things that surprised and moved me after joining the company]
I would like to write this.
Till's is particular about and is proud of its dishes that use plenty of ingredients from Ark Tategamori, such as [Tategamori Kogen pork] produced in-house, [organic JAS-certified wheat and vegetables from farms, and old eggs]. is. The ingredients are produced by members of the same company, so you can see the faces of the people who make them. It has become obvious to me now, but until I joined Till's, I had never experienced it or paid attention to it.
It takes a lot of effort to create and produce ingredients.
Be very careful not to cause stress. Take various precautions to avoid getting sick. No matter how cold or hot it is, we never neglect our daily work.
There are countless other hardships as well. (I learned this in training)
Being able to see the invisible side of producers was a huge surprise and discovery in my 20-plus years of food and beverage life.
We will strive every day to carefully prepare our products with passion and bring smiles to our customers' faces.
