Last year was the year of Ark Tategamori's reopening.

Thankfully, I was busy every day, and the days passed quickly, and before I knew it, it was the end of the year.

This year's resolution is "teamwork."

Last year, two new employees with strong habits joined us, and the bakery now has a staff of five.

While it was reassuring to have more new colleagues, I also realized how difficult it is to educate new employees.

But these two people are a breath of fresh air for the bakery!

This team still has a lot of room to improve! So,
