This is Kurakata from the Tokyo sales office.

Last year, our products were patronized by many customers across the country, and with the support of retailers and logistics personnel, we were able to deliver our products nationwide.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your help in our business activities.

Looking back on last year, because we are able to hear directly from our customers during our sales activities, we are often unable to immediately respond to requests that come from the pure feeling of ``I wish we were better at XX.'' There have been many times when I have faced things and felt frustrated.

However, rather than just dismissing it as something that I can't do, I want to keep it in mind and continue to be a person who can bring it out again. When you want to change something, you can always find hints from your past drawers.

In this day and age where people can pick and choose information on their own, there is no need to go along with everything that they think is strange, but try to voice your opinion and try it out. It was a year that made me realize that no matter what kind of work I do, there are still things I can change that are up to me.

In 2024, we would like to cherish our relationships without being too dependent on our business partners who remain Ark's fans.
