Hello everyone, my name is Hiroki Murakami and I work in the production and sales department/meat department.

How are you all spending your time these days as the cold air deepens and we feel the arrival of winter?

Since joining the company in June, I have been learning about Tategamori Kogen pork, trimming meat, and commercializing the meat from my senior colleagues, and I am constantly evolving.

At the meat shop, we are currently focusing on cleaning. We do our best to clean the room where we handle meat and maintain a clean environment so that our customers can eat with peace of mind!

As a member of the production and sales department/meat department, I would like to continue to aim for further growth and development and provide products that will please our customers.
